On December 12, 2011 „Energopol-Południe” S.A. signed with Wodociąg Marecki Sp. z.o.o. a significant agreements concerning the execution of the contract entitled „ The construction of the sewage system on the premises of Marki Agglomeration: stage III, task 1,2,3 altogether with the pumping stations from P21 to P30 and PS1 and stage 5” (Contract 6), performed within the Project „ The Construction of Sewage System on the premises of Marki Agglomeration”, cofinanced from the Unity EU Fund.

On September 14, the Company has signed the next significant offer with the Miejskie Przesiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji in Lublin Sp. z o.o. on the amount 14.979.535,55 PLN gross.

On September,7 2011 the Board "Energopol-Południe" SA has entered into an agreement with the municipality of Żmigród for construction works included in the investment: "Modernization and construction of water supply and construction of a telecommunication networks in Żmigród".

On September 29, the Company has signed the next significant offer with the Miejskie Przesiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji in Lublin Sp. z o.o. on the amount 13.804.613,08 PLN gross.
